I can not recommend Austen & Blake enough the ladies are so fantastic and helpful and the rings are outstanding. My sister brought me here after searching for an engagement ring with no luck. The beautiful ladies helped me build my absolute dream ring that I never could have imagined I would one day have on my finger. I had tried lab grown on at stores and not liked it, but the quality of their lab grown diamonds is unbelievable. I can not thank the lovely ladies here enough for all their attentive help, having the ring made quickly without my knowledge so that my partner could propose on our trip in Hawaii and for not letting me settle for a ring I didn’t absolutely adore.

Highly recommend Austen and Blake if you are in the market for an engagement ring at an affordable price. Both Dominic and Gabriel were fantastic, not pushy in the slightest, and treated my fiancé and I with the best customer service. The finished ring took about 3 weeks from ordering to receiving it in the mail, and it is perfect. My only slight concern is that the jewellery is outsourced to India for manufacturing - which I think is standard practice - but I didn’t see it mentioned transparently anywhere on their website. Not an issue for me, but would have been nice to know. Overall definitely consider this company, I am really glad we went here!

May and her team were so helpful. They helped me create the wedding ring of my dreams. My future mother-in-law gave me the diamond from her engagement ring with my fiancés father to add to my ring. Austen & Blake helped me craft my dream ring, they walked through the process clearly and answered all my questions. We were able to swap out the diamond after the ring was crafted. The process was so fast and reasonably priced; considering what we were quoted at other jewellers for the same thing. I love my ring so much! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I cannot recommend May at Austen and Blake enough, her customer service is beyond top tier. Naive me didn’t book an appointment on a Saturday thinking I could just walk in (pro tip book an appointment). She noticed me lingering outside the store and came out to talk to me anyways. Even on a fully booked day she squeezed me in for a quick consult. In a quick 15 minutes I gave her my budget, all the specs I was after and she showed me the exact ring I had in my head. Fast forward one and half months I am now happily engaged to my fiancé.

i am so thankful we chose austen & blake for our wedding rings! the experience in the showroom was truly lovely, all thanks to gabriel and may. gabriel started by asking if we had any designs in mind and gave us all the time we needed to choose the perfect one. we really appreciate the warm and comfortable atmosphere; we never felt rushed at all. while trying on rings, gabriel noticed that my engagement ring was a bit too big. even though the ring was not from them, he kindly took the initiative to have it resized with the help of their specialist, zach. this meant so much to us and truly made our day, especially since no other jewellers were willing to do it. everyone at the showroom felt genuinely heaven-sent. thank you for going above and beyond to make our experience so special. 💛

We found Austen and Blake online and decided to visit their Brisbane Arcade store, as they were offering 25% off two wedding rings. This was the deal breaker for us, as the price of gold was sky-rocketing. We were very ably assisted by a friendly young associate named Gabriel, who took us through the process of ordering and then presenting us with the rings when they were crafted. We are extremely happy with the service and our rings.

Thank you to May and everyone at Austin & Blake. I have found the perfect combination that you can’t seem to find in most main stream jewelers. There amazing customer serivce and genuine interest in getting you exsactly what you want is real. I booked at least 4 engagement appointments to make up my mind 😅 and through every appointment they helped patiently. Would highly recommend this team. Thank you guys!
